The Employment Department of the French Consulate General is a public service free of charge to prospective employers. The main objective of the Employment Department is to act as a liaison between British or French companies, and French Nationals who are looking for employment.

This department is only open to French nationals over 25 years old residing in Great Britain. Suitable applicants will have a relevant university degree and/or work experience.

All vacancies we receive from your company for French staff, on a long term or short term contract, are advertised to our applicants. When candidates apply for a position, an initial screening is carried out by us to assess their suitability.

After these interviews we will send you the most appopriate CVs to fill your vacant position.

In order to keep our files updated, we would be grateful if you could inform us of any candidates that you might decide to employ.
